Goat Yoga at Misty Meadow Sheep Dairy

Begins April 2nd!

• Mommy & Me Goat Yoga, up to Age 8 - 30 minutes - $30/pair

• Regular Goat Yoga, Ages 8+ - 45 Minutes - $25/participant

Take a deep breath (or not!) and enjoy a yoga session in our Hoop Barn with our baby goats!

On Fridays from 2:00-2:30, we'll have Mommy & Me Goat Yoga for children up to age 8 and their mom/dad/grandma/aunt/etc. Just one reservation is required for each pair. Each child participant will need their own parent/guardian to accompany them please!

On Saturdays from 4:00-4:45, we'll have our regular Goat Yoga for ages 8+ and up! Adults are strongly encouraged to join in on the fun!

We'll run through a beginner, gentle yoga sequence while our baby goats play, jump and climb around and on you! At the end, we'll hold them and pet them for a few minutes, until they bounce away.

 

We'll be on a straw bed in our Hoop Barn. Please bring your own mat or towel to use- preferably something old that you don't mind possibly getting soiled! Masks/face coverings required.
